Service Description
Get ready to bloom into self-awareness as you immerse yourself in the world of sound healing and intentional, meditative art during this special 3 hour workshop for adults, on Sunday, April. 28th, 2024 from 2 pm - 5 pm. We are honoured to welcome you to our spring experience of watercolour painting through sound healing, as we explore the themes of self-love, nurturing, and expansion! Heather Robynne, from Heather Robynne Sound, will lead you on a meditative and uplifting sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and a variety of other beautiful instruments. Oana Stefanescu, from Soft Altitude Arts, will inspire your intuitive creation of a flower bouquet watercolour painting. Oana will guide you as you create your painting in 3 separate layers, through intentional meditations, and creative support, as needed. The guided meditations will help you access your deep thoughts and feelings, as you set intentions for yourself on the themes of self-love, nurture, and Growth. Location: Visual Arts Studio at the Nepean Creative Arts Centre in Bells Corners, at 35 Stafford Rd. We look forward to taking this magical journey with you!d All art materials, and tea will be provided. All art skill levels are welcome, including beginners! The artwork is yours to take home after the event!
