About the event
Join us for an evening of relaxation and gentle connection with like-minded people.
We’ll start with a sound healing from Heather to ground ourselves, drop into our bodies, and quiet the mind.
Then we’ll connect with each other through speaking and listening with our hearts — what we call a ‘heart-share’. Anj will give us prompts from Connective Communication (aka Nonviolent Communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg) which support a subtle shift in patterns to encourage listening and speaking from the heart. This is a powerful practice integrating both non-verbal and verbal communication.
Timeline:
