About the event
Its time to settle in to the season and begin to prepare to rest for the winter! Come experience the effects of some somatics experiencing followed by the joy of Sound healing with me! I have been exploring somatics for the last year or so and have used the practice to help regulate my own nervous system. It is a powerful practice that I am excited to share with you at this most sacred event!
Somatic exercises help get one more in touch with your body and can also have the added benefit of increasing your emotional awareness. Sometimes when we have trouble expressing difficult emotions, movement can help unlock the words we are searching for. Allow this series of gentle movments to help promote a mind body connection and overall wellbeing.
