🌑 New Moon Sound Healing Journey
An Evening of Renewal, Intention & Deep Rest
As the November New Moon arrives, we gather in sacred stillness to begin again. In ancient shamanic traditions, the New Moon is called upon to manifest a dream, a heart’s desire, or a wish, and then released to the moon so it may blossom in its own time. This is a potent moment to pause, reset, and plant the seeds of new intention.
We will begin by entering a peaceful, candlelit space where you are invited to find your spot and settle in for a journey of sound and vibration. Together, we’ll move through gentle meditation and breathwork before finding a comfortable position for deep rest. While most participants choose to lie down for the sound bath, you are always welcome to sit if that feels best for your body.
