Join myself and my dear friend Aakrist (aka: The Impeccable Breath) for a special offering, combining the power of the breath and the sacred practice of sound.
This event will begin with:
A basic overview of Respiratory Physiology, followed by a Guided Breath Cultivation Practice, and a Guided Meditation
A guided Breath Cultivation journey gently nudges you into Still-pointed Bliss, and deep rest through boosting oxygenation of your brain and body, while simultaneously weaving beneficial adaptations to your breathing function.
Respiration is the sacred dance between inhale and exhale, and the most critical biological function. The quality of our (unconscious) breath governs the quality of every cell in our body, and the quality of our lives.
