About the event
On this day of the full moon, you are invited to join us on a day adventure of fun, connection and self care!
We will meet at the beach of Lac La Peche in Quebec in the afternoon and set off for a group paddle to our event location. You will have ample time to swim, explore, continue paddling or just chill on the rocks of this most beautiful location we have selected!! Should you wish to arrive early and fully take advantage of what will be a glorious day, I highly encourage that choice!!
We will come together to enjoy a d SUP yoga class in a quiet and calm little bay, accompanied by live accoustic music by Mark Leo of Mecca of Stank. Its going to be a treat! And then finish your time on the board in an extended savasana while I serenade you with the soothing…
