About the event
We are honoured to welcome you to the synergy of healing waves, of watercolour painting and of sound healing together!
Heather, from Heather Robynne Sound, will lead you on a meditative and uplifting sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and a variety of other beautiful instruments. With Heather's soothing sounds in guiding the subconscious, Oana Stefanescu, from Soft Altitude Arts, will guide through your intuitive creation of 4 abstract watercolour paintings. The theme surrounds the 4 elements: air, water, fire, and earth. You will be completing a small watercolour painting for each element.
A guided meditation for each of the elements will help you access your deeper thoughts and feelings, which you will be able to express through the medium of watercolour paint.
