Get ready to bloom into self-awareness as you immerse yourself in the world of sound healing and intentional, meditative art during this special 3 hour workshop for adults, on Sunday, April. 28th, 2024 from 2 pm - 5 pm.
We are honoured to welcome you to our spring experience of watercolour painting through sound healing, as we explore the themes of self-love, nurture, and growth!
Heather Robynne, from Heather Robynne Sound, will lead you on meditative and uplifting sound journeys throughout the event with crystal bowls, chimes, and a variety of other beautiful instruments, her main instrument being her voice!
Oana Stefanescu, from Soft Altitude Arts, will inspire your intuitive creation of a flower bouquet watercolour painting. Oana will guide you as you create your painting in 3 separate layers, through intentional meditations, and creative support, as needed.
