Full Moon Sound Journey

You will enter a peaceful environment where you will find yourself a spot to get settled in for a journey of sound and vibration. We will collectively dive into some easeful meditation and breathwork practices before finding a final shape for deep rest. Typically, a sound bath will involve lying in a reclining position, however, should you feel called to sit for the practice you are most welcome to bring something to support yourself. A sound therapy journey is a powerful tool to surface stored emotions in the body. This deep practice takes you in alpha, theta, and delta brainwaves to access the unconscious mind. Whatever emotions come forward are what you are ready to release. This may help you to feel lighter, more peaceful, and loving.
