Birch & Sound: A Fall Art + Sound Healing Afternoon

Join us for a cozy creative afternoon celebrating the beauty of fall through art, connection, and sound.

We’ll begin with a guided fall art project led by Allison, where you’ll create your own approximately 3-foot-tall birch tree panel - a beautiful wooded display piece designed to stand outside your door and bring a little bit of autumn into your home.

No previous painting experience is necessary. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, with plenty of room to make the piece your own.

As our artwork dries, we’ll take some time to enjoy tea, seasonal snacks, and good conversation before settling in for a relaxing sound healing experience. Allow the sounds and vibrations to create space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and simply be present.
