Celebrate the energy of summer with an uplifting afternoon of sound healing, guided meditation, and embodied connection.
As the days grow longer and brighter, this season invites us to open our hearts, step into our light, and fully embrace the energy of joy, vitality, and expansion. Rise & Radiate is a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself through healing sound, intentional stillness, and community.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation inspired by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza—designed to help you connect with elevated emotions, align with your future self, and embody the energy you want to carry into this next season of life.
You’ll then be immersed in a restorative sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and voice, supporting nervous system relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic renewal.
